Many people come to therapy for many different reasons at different times of their lives. In individual therapy clients see their therapist one-on-one for confidential sessions in which they can safely explore themselves, problems, relationships, hopes and dreams.
At Head Heart and Hands we use an integrative approach in working towards finding peace, fulfillment and wellness. As such therapy sessions may also include setting goals for the future, revisiting the past, as well as exploring the present. Others may focus on how they can creatively find ways of working through problems or diagnosis such as depression, anxiety, disease or chronic illness or pain; or even how they may come to know it differently in their lives.
We respect that every client has different reasons that have brought them to therapy. As such we also value that everyone also has different needs and ways of working on their journey. Whether it is a specific problem or issue that has brought you to individual therapy or simply wanting to develop a better understanding of self, relationships or personal growth you will be supported in a non-judgemental and supportive way through your sessions.
